With nearly three decades of experience in special event planning, public relations, and nonprofit development, Thea Warner brings a rare blend of creativity, strategy, and heart to every event she produces. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Speech Communications, Thea began her career in Silicon Valley in tech public relations, where she honed her skills in messaging, media relations, and brand storytelling.

 

It was through her work with the firm’s pro bono clients that Thea discovered her next chapter — supporting nonprofit organizations in their fundraising, promotional, and event efforts. That passion led her into leadership roles with several nonprofits, where she built programs, cultivated donor relationships, and led mission-driven initiatives with impact.

 

For over 20 years, Thea has been serving clients throughout the Greater Puget Sound region and beyond. Her work spans everything from intimate donor receptions to large-scale galas, community festivals, private and corporate celebrations.
